Courgette, Red potatoes, cauliflower, mixed peppers, peas, green beans, spring greens, red split lentils, mixed peppers. vegetable oil, brown onions, fresh tomatoes, bay leaves, panchpurna (nigella seeds, Fenugreek seeds, Mustard Seeds, carom seeds, fennel seeds), cumin seeds, cumin powder, asfoetida, turmeric, kashmiri chilli powder, dried chilli flakes, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, fresh chilli, garam masala, coriander powder, salt, fresh coriander, basmati rice.
